Bith of the law firm

SCP Touraut & Associés was founded in 1952, together with the Bar of Meaux.
We are willing to conserve the image given by its founder, François TOURAUT, past President of the Bar Council: professionalism and solving issues rather than systematic proceedings.
Another past President of the Bar Council, Alain DURIEUX, begun to work with François TOURAUT as from 1955.
Both were joined by Yves TOURAUT, coming from the Bar of Paris. Together, they created in 1982 a new Société Civile Professionnelle.

The law firm grows up

In 1984, when François TOURAUT retired, Emmanuel PERRET, issued from the Bar of PARIS, joined the law firm.
A secondary office was opened in Coulommiers in 1992.
When Alain DURIEUX also retired, the law firm was deeply restructured and adapted to the continuous evolving market needs and professional methods.

New Merger and new establishment

The merger with SCP DAUPTAIN QUOIREZ MEURIN, permitted the arrival of young partners of about 32 years old, with new level of practice and will of innovative entrepreneurship. Along with this merger, another office opened in Torcy - Marne la Vallée.

Two new offices

Since 2001, the law firm has opened a third office in Serris, close to Val D'Europe (Marne La Vallée).
finally, in october 2005 the law firm opnened a new office in Lagny sur Marne.
